Employer helpline remains closed

Please can we remind you not to call our member helpline, as the staff taking these calls don’t have the training to answer employer queries.

We’d like to thank you all for your patience during this time, as we appreciate that regular contact with our Employer Team provides you with the support you need to administer the Scheme. We’re looking to re-open our telephone helpline shortly and will update you via the bulletin.

Despite this downtime, we’ve received a great deal of positive feedback from you about the email correspondence you’ve received from us in response to your queries. Online support will continue to be available for all employers in addition to our helpline.
