In our continued efforts to ensure that member data and service is correct, we’ll soon be introducing ‘MDC Error Reminder’ files. These will be sent to those employers who have outstanding historical MDC errors that require attention. The errors will be sent in the same format as the current monthly MDC error files.

We’re currently in the testing stages and will provide you with more information about this new initiative in our next bulletin.
