Employer helpline now open

We’re pleased to advise that the Employer Support Helpline has now re-opened.

We appreciate that the past few months have been a little different in regard to contacting us, but we’re now able to offer phone support in addition to the continuing email support we’ve been providing.

As a reminder, please note that we’re not able to amend or delete service over the phone and all such requests must continue to be emailed (This link opens in a new window) to us.

Our employer phone number remains the same: 0345 300 3756. The opening times remain unchanged: 8:30am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
