To help you understand your responsibilities as an employer in the Teachers’ Pension Scheme, we’ve recently updated our Employer Responsibilities Guide (PDF, 292 KB) (This link opens in a new window). This interactive pdf document outlines each action you’ll be expected to complete throughout the course of the year, along with the dates they’ll need to be done by.

The document can either be printed to keep at your desk or used digitally by selecting the tick boxes once each action is complete. If you work as part of team, why not save the file in a shared folder so that everyone can see which responsibilities have been completed?

As a number of you are yet to on-board to Monthly Contributions Reconciliation (MCR), the guide doesn’t detail any MCR based responsibilities. Instead, we’ll issue a MCR responsibilities document at a later date. Keep an eye on our latest news (This link opens in a new window) for updates.
