We’re currently sending an email to all of you who’ve yet to on-board to Monthly Contributions Reconciliation (MCR) asking you to complete and return your MCR on-boarding form by the end of June 2021.

As we’re getting closer to the on-boarding deadline and can only on-board a limited number of employers each month, we need to get everyone booked into the remaining dates.

Any employers who don’t submit their On-boarding form with a preferred date by the end of June 2021, will be allocated one of the remaining slots. This is to ensure that everyone can be given dedicated support from our MCR team.

While we know you may feel MCR will be a time consuming process initially, there are lots of benefits once you’ve achieved it, including:-

• It brings three current processes into one
• There’s only three additional fields to complete
• It eliminates the chance of arrears
• It helps to create more reliable Benefit Statements for members
• It reduces corrections in the future or queries when a member retires
• It’ll remove the need for concurrent service.
