Member search and Contact us

Over the last couple of months, we’ve held several employer workshops to help us get your opinions on future developments. These have been very well attended with over 300 employers signing across the 10 events.

Our focus has been on looking at the changes that need to be introduced regarding Member Search and Member Print, to ensure privacy is protected and a secure employer contact us facility is created within the Employer Portal. This is an updated version of the functionality we first introduced back in February 2016, which faced some issues. These sessions have helped us understand more about what your needs are and will help shape what we do going forward.

For Member search/Member Print it highlighted the need for current employers to be able to see all information. This meant that where enhancements are being made to the Member Search it could make life easier for employers when making new starter submissions.

Over the coming months we’ll keep you informed as to when these developments will be introduced and what they will mean to you.
