Webinar joining instructions and links

We’ve received queries from employers who’ve registered to attend one of our webinar training sessions but haven’t received an email containing joining instructions.

As we use an online events provider to organise our webinars, emails from this source can occasionally be directed to your junk mail folder or blocked entirely, depending on your IT security.

The joining instructions for each event are sent out a couple of days prior to the date of the webinar. To ensure you received them, please ask your IT security team to allow emails from training@teacherspensions.ccsend.com (This link opens in a new window).
