As you’ll be aware, we currently offer a web chat service for members to contact us. The next stage of our service is to introduce an advanced secure messaging service and the ability for members to contact us via WhatsApp.

The service will provide members with an opportunity to contact us about their pension and account details and will be open from 9am – 4:20pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

We’ll also have a chat bot to answer simple queries, which will be available outside of normal working hours.

The aim is for this service to launch early September 2021 however, we’ll be testing for 6-8 weeks before we launch the full service.
