When MATs on-board to MCR they’re asked how they’d like to submit their files. This can either be in one payment with one file, or individual payments and corresponding individual files for each academy. 

Unfortunately, we’re receiving multiple payments for some MATs where they’ve selected the option to send one submission, which does cause processing issues. Please only provide your MCR files and corresponding contributions payments as specified when you on-boarded to prevent these issues occurring.
