The importance of Role Identifiers

Once you’ve on-boarded and role identifiers have been allocated to each member, the identifier must stay the same for that particular role. This is also applicable if you change payroll providers. If the role identifier changes for an existing role, it’ll result in a missing member’s file being issued for each member that’s been changed.
