If you’ve on-boarded to MCR you should’ve received an email inviting you to a series of support sessions to go through common errors and help answer any questions you have regarding your MCR submission.

These have been designed as a way for you to discuss concerns and liaise directly with members of our team.

The sessions will take place at 2pm on 20 July, 17 August and 20 September, and will be approximately one hour long. There’ll be a limit of 40 per workshop to ensure we’re able to answer all questions within the hour.

Please note that any questions need to be submitted beforehand, at the time of booking your place. This will allow us to be prepared to share the answers to your questions on the day, giving you a better understanding.

We’d like to stress that these sessions are only for those of you that have on-boarded to MCR, who are having issues with the MCR process and who need additional support from us. If you don’t have any problems with your MCR submissions, you won’t need to attend.
