You may remember in March we launched the Death Notification online form.

On 4 August we launched a second online process which allows people to request a Cash Equivalent Transfer as part of divorce proceedings, known as Pensions on Divorce and Dissolution. This offers users a new and quicker way of requesting the information and can be accessed under member forms.

The option to call us or complete a paper form are still available.

We’re currently developing more online forms for members and hope to launch them shortly.
