If members would like Teachers’ Pensions to pay their Annual Allowance tax charge on their behalf they can do so easily with our new online form, which can be accessed via My Pension Online.

The form has been put online due to feedback from stakeholders. The paper form is still available (PDF, 262 KB) (This link opens in a new window), but we’d ask you to encourage members to use the online version.
Please note if we pay the tax charge on their behalf a ‘just and reasonable’ actuarial deduction will be applied to their benefits at retirement.
