Employer delegation access

If you use a third party to administer the Scheme on your behalf, you need to give them access to the Employer Portal.

The completed delegation form needs to be sent to epregistrations@teacherspensions.co.uk (This link opens in a new window) as soon as you decide to have a third-party supply information on your behalf. The form must come from your establishment’s primary contact and without it, the provider can’t supply information for you.

Please remember it’s your responsibility to ensure that member records are correct and kept up to date.

Please keep your contact details up to date through the Employer Contact Details facility on the Employer Portal.
