If members would like us to pay their Annual Allowance tax charge on their behalf, we can do so easily once they complete our new online form, which can be accessed via My Pension Online.

The form has been put online due to feedback from stakeholders. The paper form is still available, but we’d ask you to encourage your staff to use the online version. Please note if we pay the tax charge on their behalf, a ‘just and reasonable’ actuarial deduction will be applied to a member’s benefits at retirement.
