It's simple to check and update via the Employer Portal dashboard using the online form, which lets you easily add and amend existing contacts.

There’s a selection of mandatory contacts such as: a primary contact, a service and salary contact and an End of Year Certificate contact. Other contacts including a Payroll or Software Provider or Head Teacher contact are optional.

Having the right contact details for your establishment ensures that you don’t miss out on any important Scheme communications from us, including upcoming key changes, updates to processes and useful resources.
