Arrears of Contributions

• Notification of arrears– if you identify arrears for a member, please complete and submit the Declaration of Arrears of Contributions Liability form (DOCX, 18 KB) (This link opens in a new window) only. We’re currently receiving information in various ways which results in us having to ask you for clarification of data. We’d also like to remind you the contributions paid columns should only be completed with the actual contributions deducted (if any) and not what is due
• Prior year arrears– If your member has arrears in a prior year and you’re still submitting service and salary details via MDC, together with the monthly breakdown form, you should notify our team (This link opens in a new window) separately using the Declaration of Arrears of Contributions Liability form (DOCX, 18 KB) (This link opens in a new window). Any prior year arrears should not be included with the normal monthly submission.

Once you’ve completed the Declaration of Arrears of Contributions Liability form you can send it to us via post, or email (This link opens in a new window). We’ll then issue an invoice with the arrears/interest to you.

Contributions and EOYC

• We’d like to remind you that when making your monthly contributions payment, you should also submit the relevant file submission, whether this is the Monthly Breakdown form if you submit service and salary via MDC, or your MCR file if you’ve on-boarded to MCR.
