The End of Year Certificate (EOYC) process starts next month

We’ll shortly be sending all establishments an email outlining the upcoming dates for this year’s End of Year Certificate (EOYC) process.

This year, we’ll be sending your contributions cash figure to your establishment’s data centre mailbox in the Employer Portal.

You’ll receive a notification via email when it’s available to download.

Key dates  Activity 
Week ending 28 April 2023 The contribution cash figure will be sent to your establishment’s data centre mailbox by no later than 28 April 2023. The additional listings will also be available to view in the Employer Portal.
 Wednesday 31 May 2023 Unaudited EOYC to be returned to us via the Employer Portal.
Friday 29 September 2023 (Non-LA only)
Thursday 30 November 2023 (LA only)
 
Audited EOYC to be returned to us either by post or email only.

Our employer drop-in session this month will cover the End of Year certificate (EOYC) audit and will take place on 23 March at 2pm.

We require an EOYC to be completed on an annual basis by all employers. The audit provides an assurance to the Secretary of State, that all contributions due have been correctly paid over to the Teachers’ Pension Scheme during the Scheme year. 

In the session our team will cover what the process is for employers and auditors to ensure the successful submission of their EOYC.
