We’d like to remind all employers to check when uploading submissions, that they’ve been submitted to the correct data centre. This is because if the file is rejected, an error file is created and uploaded to the data centre too. 

The creation of the error file could lead to anyone who has access to the data centre being able to view other establishments data. 

We’d like to avoid this where we can as it could be deemed as a breach of personal data. Therefore, we’d advise you to thoroughly check submissions before uploading.
