A reminder for those of you who provide MDC submissions, when making monthly contributions payments, you must also submit the relevant Monthly Breakdown form. This is so that the contributions can be correctly allocated.

We’ve a large number of contributions that can’t be allocated to the correct tiers due to the non-submission of monthly breakdown forms.

For those of you that have prior months contributions outstanding, these must be paid as quickly as possible.
