Changes to a member’s Benefit Statement

We’ve recently advised members affected by Transitional Protection of the changes they’ll see in their Benefit Statement from 1 October 2023 to show what their two options will be at retirement. The easiest way to do this is by members creating a PDF of their Benefit Statement opposed to the current web page.

If a member wants to understand if they’re affected by Transitional Protection, we suggest recommending access to our new tool via My Pension Online (MPO). We’ve also created an email (OFT, 67 KB) (This link opens in a new window)which you can share.
