Asking affected members to update their contact details

As we’ll need to communicate to members who are affected by Transitional Protection, it’s important that we’ve the most up to date contact details for them to ensure they are provided will all the information they need.

We ask you to encourage your employees to check their contact details are correct and update them if required.

All they need to do is log in to their My Pension Online (MPO) account to do this or alternatively register for MPO if they haven’t already, it’s a simple process.
