Employer Arrears of Contributions Invoices

As part of our process administering arrears of contribution invoices, we issue a declaration to employer’s to confirm the calculation submitted is correct.

We’d be grateful if these could be returned as soon as possible, so if there are any incorrect details they can be rectified as quickly as possible.

 

Payment of contributions

It’s key to make sure contributions are submitted before the due date (7th for MDC or 15th for MCR) to guarantee the smooth running of Scheme finances.

If you make a late payment then interest is charged, the current rate being 11.8%.

For information purposes, if you’ve contributions outstanding that are 90 days overdue, or have multiple months outstanding, we’re obliged to report the breach to The Pensions Regulator. End of Year Certificate

Thanks to all of you who’ve already submitted their audited FY23 forms. As this time of year is exceptionally busy, please be aware that it may take a short while before we are able to process all the returns and contact you again.
