Member contact details

Recently we’ve had members call the Employer Support Team.

We’d like to remind you that this team is unable to take calls dealing with member queries as they’ve not been specially trained to do so. Please don’t pass the Employer Support Team phone number on to them. If you’re advising a member to contact us, this should be to our Contact Centre team on 0345 606 6166. They’ll be able to deal with their queries, preventing them from being frustrated at contacting the wrong team.

Members can also contact us through My Pension Online (This link opens in a new window), by sending us a secure message, or via WhatsApp (This link opens in a new window). Please note it may take up to two working days to receive a response and this number doesn’t allow phone calls.
