Employer Support options

If you’re contacting our Employer Support team for any issues with completing or submitting your End of Year Certificate, you need to select ‘Option 2’ on our support line to reach our Finance team.

The Employer Support team can only help you with portal-related issues. If you’ve any problems with Password and PIN resets, please select ‘Option 4’ or if you’re experiencing any issues gaining member prints, please select ‘Option 5’.
