From 1 December, Employer Secure Messaging is now your main way of contacting us.

In our previous communications we’ve encouraged you to get familiar with this approach, as it has now replaced many of the previous emails we used to communicate with you.

Although there are remaining emails for specific queries, we’d like to emphasise that any queries we receive that aren’t related won’t be responded to.

Employer Secure Messaging is a great way to communicate with us securely as it also allows you to:

• provide attachments
• have a designated reference number for your specific query
• see an audit trail of correspondence
• ask both employer and member queries.
