Are your contact details up to date?

It’s important that we’ve the correct contact details for your establishment. We can then send you updates including our monthly employer bulletin, keep you informed of any key changes and share our useful resources with you.

You can check your contact details through the Employer Portal and easily amend them through our online form. (This link opens in a new window)

Your establishment’s contacts are divided into Mandatory contacts and Optional contacts.

Mandatory contacts are those who’s email addresses are needed for the effective administration of the Scheme. These include your Primary contact, End of Year Certificate contact and Monthly Contributions contact, and they must be completed.

Optional contacts are those which will further help us to direct any enquiries we may have. This can include your Head Teacher contact, Governor’s contact, Payroll Provider contact and more.
