End of Year Certificates (EOYC)

We’re currently conducting a review of outstanding EOYCs for previous financial years. If you receive a notification from us, you must action it as a matter of urgency. 

Be aware that for those of you who don’t provide an audited EOYC, we’ll need to take steps to report the breach to the Pensions Regulator. 

If you’re having difficulty in providing an audited EOYC when issued with a reminder, please let us know as soon as possible so we can work with you to resolve the situation. 

The 2024/25 financial year exercise started in April and all details have been made available in your Employer Portal, including the cash figure, sent to you by the 25 April. If you haven’t received the notification, email us to request the figure. 

This year’s unaudited EOYC needs to be returned to us by 30 May 2025.
