Phishing emails

We’ve been made aware of a phishing email being sent to members with our branding on. The emails contain a link to update their details.

Please advise your staff that if they receive such an email to delete it and not click the link as it is a scam.

Please reassure members that we wouldn’t ask them to update their details via an email link. We always encourage them to log in to My Pension Online to update their details if needed.
