In this month’s employer drop in, on 11 June at 11am, we’ll telling you all about the Employer Portal. This session will cover:

• How to register and log in
• Using our secure online Employer Portal
• Uploading and downloading files
• Sending queries via Employer Secure Messaging.   

Our drop-in sessions are open to all employers and are a great way to hear the latest news and updates directly from us, ask any questions about the Scheme and network with others.

This year we’ve already covered queries such as:

• Changes to member contribution bands
• Supporting with Ill-health applications
• How to help members of staff navigate the retirement application process
• Understanding breaks in service
• Transitional Protection
• Working with payroll providers
• The EOYC process
• Backdated pay, overtime or additional payments.
