Employer Portal employer drop-in session

 

In this month’s employer drop in, on 11 June at 11am, we’ll telling you all about the Employer Portal. This session will cover:

How to register and log in
Using our secure online Employer Portal
Uploading and downloading files
Sending queries via Employer Secure Messaging.   

Our drop-in sessions are open to all employers and are a great way to hear the latest news and updates directly from us, ask any questions about the Scheme and network with others.

This year we’ve already covered queries such as:

Changes to member contribution bands
Supporting with Ill-health applications
How to help members of staff navigate the retirement application process
Understanding breaks in service
Transitional Protection
Working with payroll providers
The EOYC process
Backdated pay, overtime or additional payments.

If you’d like to join us and have any questions about the Scheme, you can submit these in advance when you register onto our next employer drop-in session (This link opens in a new window).
