Website update

Thank you for your patience whilst we’ve been improving our website and the new Employer Portal. We’ve been experiencing some technical difficulties with the speed of our website but these have now been resolved. However, we’re still working on the following glitches, which we hope to have resolved as soon as possible:

  • TR6 – You’ll be able to use this functionality and upload changes to member’s details but you won’t be able to download the proof of change. This will be fully functional in early January.
  • Member print – This function is still currently unavailable but will be resolved by the end of January.
  • Uploading – When uploading documents any error messages generated will not be accessible. This will be rectified in early January.

Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. We'll update you on Monday 7 January with further information.
