Good progress continues to be made with the service reconciliation of Active members with 120k completed to date.  A large number of queries have been raised with HMRC relating to service conflicts.  Similar queries raised for the Deferred and Pensioner members reconciliation are continuing to be returned from HMRC and analysis continues to determine if these have now been resolved. 

We’re experiencing some issues with matching National Insurance numbers (NINOs) provided by HMRC to those held on our member records.  Further work is ongoing to resolve these discrepancies and should Employer contact be required to aid in the resolution of these, details will be provided via the Bulletin.

We’ll continue to ensure that we only contact you when all other avenues have been explored and an issue has not been resolved.
