Please be aware of the different types of flexibilities in the Scheme and how these need to be recorded on your monthly breakdown template. We’re currently seeing tiers not balancing due to issues recording flexibilities.

Where a member has a Faster Accrual, Buy Out or Additional Pension, there’s a specific field on the template for these to be recorded (they shouldn’t be included in the tier breakdown).

If the member has Additional Voluntary Contributions, these don’t need to be included in the template as they are paid directly to Prudential, not the Teachers’ Pension Scheme.
