Online Repayment application form

We informed you back in July that the online Repayment form had been temporarily taken off our website. We can now confirm that this is back online and ready for members and employers to use. The re-introduction of the form comes with some enhancements to the way that you can submit service details, making it easier to submit multiple lines. More information on this change can be found on our website.

As with all of our online forms, completing forms electronically is a far quicker and smoother process than using paper. As such, we’d encourage both you and members to use these in the first instance.
