Training cancellations

The response we’ve had to our seminars from you recently has been excellent and very encouraging. While we’re pleased to see such enthusiasm, we’d like to ask that if you have to cancel a place you’ve booked on one of our seminars that you do so as soon as possible. Volumes of refreshments and catering are arranged and confirmed in advance and where cancellations are not made, we can’t claim a refund and therefore lose money.

If you need to cancel any training you’ve booked, please email us. We like to offer our seminars as a free opportunity but if advanced cancellations are not received, we may have to look at applying a fee for those who do not attend or have not informed us within a given timescale.
