We’d like to remind you that it’s very important to keep your contact details up to date. This can make contacting you difficult when trying to obtain any member details. There remains a number of employers who have not updated their contact details, which in turn makes it challenging for us if we need to ask you for member details. Please update your details via the Employer Portal each time there’s change of contact within your team.

End of Year Certificate queries
Our team are continuing to process the vast number of queries they’ve received from you about your End of Year Certificates (EOYC). The next step will be to process the EOYCs that have been received this year and we’ll contact you if there are any issues.
