Contributions – ratio queries

We’ve received queries relating to the Monthly Breakdown form ratio field, where some employers advise that the contribution difference will be corrected in the next submission. While most of these cases are subsequently corrected, we see a small number of outstanding cases where it appears that the contribution corrections have not been actioned, or it’s not identifiable in the next submission.

It would be extremely helpful if, when corrections are being made, that a note is put in the ratio error field to explain. This then allows us to close any previous errors.

While we appreciate that we’re in different and sometimes difficult times, we’d like to remind you that if you’ve yet to submit your EOYC, to arrange for this to be done as soon as possible.

Please be advised we’re happy to receive scanned copies of the signed audited form and report (if applicable) via email (This link opens in a new window). This also reduces the risk of returns being lost in the post.
