Although some smaller establishments may not need to log in to the Employer Portal as often as others, we advise that you do so regularly to keep your details in check.

For security reasons, if an employer account isn’t logged into at least every 90 days, the account will be locked and will need to be manually unlocked by us.

If your account is locked and you don’t contact us to unlock it after 104 days, then your account could also become disabled and you’ll be required to complete a Delegation form to have a new account created.
