If you’re part of a MAT and have on-boarded to MCR, you have the choice to either send separate monthly files for each academy, along with individual payments, or send one file for all the academies under the MAT Data Centre and make one collective payment.

If you use the latter method, please ensure that the data is submitted via the MAT Data Centre and not the Data Centre for an individual establishment, as this will be rejected.

We’re happy to accept either method but you should be aware that if you choose to change the way you submit the data part way through the year, you’ll need to complete two separate End of Year Certificates (EOYC).
