End of Year Certificate deadlines

We’d like to thank those of you who’ve already submitted your return and remind those who are yet to submit, that the deadline is 30 September 2021 for non-Local Authorities and 30 November 2021 for Local Authorities. If you’ve yet to submit your audited returns, please can you either email (This link opens in a new window) the signed off copy to us or send it via post to:

Please don’t use a courier service as this will help avoid unnecessary costs.

If you’re unable to add a pen and ink signature due to current restrictions, the person with financial responsibility must be the one who emails the form to the auditor for their action. The auditor can then either email the whole email thread, which will act as the audit trail or, if the auditor is returning a hard copy printed form and report, they can also include a hard copy of the original email.

Once the audited EOYC has been received and processed we’ll inform you if there’s either an under or overpayment and the next steps. Any underpayment must not be included in the normal monthly contributions submission but paid separately together with the Year End breakdown form.
