• serviceandsalary@teacherspensions.co.uk (This link opens in a new window) – for service and salary updates, except for those who’ve already on-boarded to Monthly Contributions Reconciliation (MCR)
• mcr@teacherspensions.co.uk (This link opens in a new window) – for all MCR queries and service and salary amendments post MCR on-boarding
• epregistrations@teacherspensions.co.uk (This link opens in a new window) –for all new registrations for the Employer Portal, plus any requests for a password and PIN reset
• tpstu@teacherspensions.co.uk (This link opens in a new window) – for general Employer Portal queries, such as webform issues, error files (pre MCR on-boarding) system issues etc.
