We keep as many members as possible up to date with their pension as their circumstances change throughout their career. This takes the pressure off you and lets you concentrate on the important parts of your job.

Where we have an email address or a member’s registered for a My Pension Online (MPO) account, we can contact them directly. To help you with this we’ve created a monthly report available on the Employer Portal that tells you which of your employees haven’t signed up to MPO.

If we don’t have contact information, you’ll be responsible for providing the necessary details about their pension. To help you provide consistent messages we’ve a selection of factsheets on our website for you to distribute to your employees.
