Today we’ve launched an online process that allows beneficiaries to apply for death benefits via a secure online portal.  

This is part of our commitment to make things simpler and quicker for users based on feedback. 

Once beneficiaries have notified us of a member’s death a link to the form will be generated. If they wish to complete the paper form, it can still be downloaded as a PDF too, but we’d encourage you to promote the online benefits where possible. 

Please note this doesn’t change any processes for employers.
