Contacting us through our digital contact methods may result in quicker responses. We’d like you to encourage your employees to contact us via WhatsApp, secure chat, social media or via their MPO account where possible.

If employees don’t have a MPO account, please remind them of the benefits of registering. To find out which employees don’t have a MPO account, you can use the MPO report which is sent to your establishment monthly.
