We’d like to remind you to ensure you log in to your Employer Portal account at least once every 90 days. Due to security measures that we have in place, accounts are locked when they’re inactive for over 104 days.

A warning is sent to your account ten days before it’s locked. If this happens it could potentially cause you to lose your account and you’d have to re-register with us.

We encourage you to log in frequently to prevent this from happening. If you don’t use the Employer Portal often as part of your role, why not set a calendar reminder every couple of months prompting you to log in.
