Employer Secure Messaging Important Update

Earlier this year we introduced you to Employer Secure Messaging, which provides you with the opportunity to communicate with us more efficiently and securely through the Employer Portal.

In the last bulletin, we mentioned that from 1 January 2025, Secure Messaging will be your main port of contact to us. However, we’ve now moved the date forward to 1 December 2024.

Many of the previous emails you used to communicate with us will be removed and covered within Secure Messaging.

The remaining email addresses (This link opens in a new window) will be for specific queries. So if we receive queries that aren’t related to them, unfortunately you won’t get a response.

It’s important you use Secure Messaging as it allows you to:

  • contact us securely and provide attachments
  • have a designated reference number for your specific query
  • see an audit trail of correspondence
  • ask both employer and member queries.

If you haven’t already used this method of contacting us, start now and get familiar with this approach.
