Removal of contact emails from 1 December 2024

From 1 December, Employer Secure Messaging is now your main way of contacting us.

In our previous communications we’ve encouraged you to get familiar with this approach as it has now replaced many of the previous emails, we used to communicate with you.

Although there a few remaining emails for specific queries (This link opens in a new window), we’d like to emphasise that any queries we receive that aren’t related won’t be responded to.

The email addresses which will be closed with effect from 1 December are:

  • tpconts@teacherspensions.co.uk

Employer Secure Messaging is a great way to communicate with us securely as it also allows you to:

  • provide attachments
  • have a designated reference number for your specific query
  • see an audit trail of correspondence
  • ask both employer and member queries.
