Employer Secure Messaging

On 1 December 2024, most email addresses used to contact us were removed. These options are now covered within Employer Secure Messaging (ESM).
ESM, allows you to:

contact us and provide attachments
have a designated reference number for your specific query
see an audit trail of correspondence
ask both employer and member queries (you must be the current employer for specific member queries)
have direct contact with us.

We’ve created Employer Secure Messaging guidelines (PDF, 4 MB) (This link opens in a new window) and some FAQs (This link opens in a new window)to help you understand using ESM to contact us.

As it’s important to select the right categories when using this function, we’ve also created a breakdown of Employer Secure Messaging categories (PDF, 2 MB) (This link opens in a new window) for your reference.

The only remaining emails (This link opens in a new window) are for specific queries that are outside of ESM. Please don’t use those email addresses for queries that aren’t linked to their department as they won’t be responded to.
