Hearing from us

Each year we’ll send you a P60 that you can use for tax purposes. In most cases this will be sent by post so it’s important to keep your personal details up to date.

Let us know

If for any reason you have a change in circumstance, please inform us as soon as possible. This is to ensure your benefits will be continued to be paid on time. Any change in circumstance that we’re unaware of could delay the process of having your benefits paid or could create an overpayment which we’d need to recover. Let us know about changes to your bank details via My Pension Online (MPO) or by writing to us at: Teachers’ Pensions, 11b Lingfield Point Darlington DL1 1AX

My Pension Online

My Pension Online is a secure online account to help you manage your pension.

It allows you to keep up to date with key information such as your payslips and P60s. You’ll also be able to update any personal details.

If you’re a teacher and are receiving a Pension Credit pension, you’ll need to register for a separate account using a different email address (this is due to your email address being part of the log in process).

It's easy to sign up for an MPO Account. All you need is:

  1. Your personal details
  2. Your National Insurance number
  3. An email address (we recommend a personal one- as when you change employer you can lose access to your establishment account).

You'll also need to set-up Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) after registration. There are three methods to choose from; SMS, Email or Authenticator App. We recommend you install and use an Authenticator App for MFA, as it offers the highest levels of account protection. For more information on MFA visit our website.
