We’ve been progressing with the Employer Review and have had some excellent feedback through the Focus Groups, 1-1s and surveys. In particular we’ve had a lot of feedback in relation to the End of Year Certificate and how the new model will approach this. 

Because we’d like to make sure we fully understand the implications a proposed new model would have on this process, we’ve decided to extend the outcome of the Employer Review. The additional 6 weeks will be spent on exploring the feedback and engaging in more in depth conversations with employers on this.

 This will then feed into the Employer Review and we’ll keep you up to date with developments.
